i'm back. i've dusted the blog off and returned. in my current unemployed state, i've felt inspired to get back on here. it will probably last until i get a job, which at the current rate, could be a while. i did get a job of sorts. the strength coach at ETSU does security for events in this area and i am on board to work the bel cher festival in asheville next weekend. it's some kind of downtown festival with music and art stuff. i checked out their web-site and out of the list of entertainers the only ones i recognize are jaci velasquez, travis tritt, and the wailers. quite a potpurri there. anyways, it puts some money in my pocket and that's what i need right now. i'm getting tired of the professional man of leisure gig. to be truthful, i'm more of a house husband really. i spend my time organizing, cleaning the house, washing clothes, and doing the dishes. and it's even more strange because today i cleaned the house because my parents are coming to visit. since i don't see them much they decided to stop by on their way back to wisconsin from florida. i realized today that my parents have never come and stayed with me since i left home for college. they've visited me, but they've never actually stayed where i live. now they're coming to visit me at my house where i live with my wife. my life will never be the same...
