thank you rutgers

rutgers came up big and beat louisville last night. that should put the gators in the driver's seat for the national championship. now the gators just have to get it done on the field. we have to play south carolina, fsu, and then arkansas in the sec championship game. all of those are going to be tough. (we also play western carolina, but that's almost a bye week) it's nice to know we control our own fate now. go gators!


after the game last night the commentators on espn were saying the rutgers upset validates the big east, showing that it has depth. yet, when sec teams beat each other it causes them to doubt the strength of the sec. i think the rutgers game proved that west virginia and louisville's offenses weren't as good as the media likes to think. it's amazing how quickly they evaporated when a good defense showed up to play. that's what separates the sec - we have the best defenses in the country.
